Organization and management model (Legislative Decree 231/01)
Legislative Decree 231/2001 introduced administrative responsibility for companies in case of crimes committed in their interest or advantage.
The Moov Group has adopted a path to ensure that each company in the Group implements an Organization and Management Model that complies with Legislative Decree 231/01.
This Model reinforces our commitment to internal control, transparency and social responsibility.
The Code of Ethics, an integral part of the Model, defines the values and principles that guide the actions of all Group companies.
Each Group company, upon approval of the Model, has appointed a Supervisory Board, which is responsible for monitoring compliance with the Model and the Code of Ethics, and for handling any reports of crimes or non-compliant behavior.
Moov-Tech's Model consists, in addition to the Code of Ethics, of:
- A General Part, which describes the process of defining and the rules of operation of the Organization and Management Model, as well as the mechanisms for its concrete implementation, and which also includes the system of sanctions and the Statute of the Supervisory Board;
- A Special Part, which also includes the Mapping of Risk Areas, Protocols and Information Flows to the Supervisory Board.
Moov-Tech's Model provides for the possibility of sending reports to the Supervisory Board by writing to:

- Moov-Tech S.r.l., Via Po 42, 00198 Rome, for the attention of the Supervisory Board
Moov-Drive's Model consists, in addition to the Code of Ethics, of:
